A New Chapter: Joining ELT Group via Overtech Consulting
After many interviews, I accepted a new role at ELT Group through Overtech Consulting. Here is what this transition means for my focus and side projects.

After a long stretch of interviews, technical rounds, and a lot of reflection, I can finally share this update: I accepted a new job at ELT Group, through Overtech Consulting.
ELT Group works on advanced defense electronics and mission-critical systems, and this opportunity is a big step for me both technically and professionally.
Why This Matters to Me
This role aligns with the direction I want to grow into over the next years: building robust, reliable backend systems and improving the way I design infrastructure under real constraints.
I am excited to learn from a more structured engineering environment and to work on problems where reliability and system quality are not optional.
What Changes for My Side Projects
I still care deeply about building things outside of work, but I want to set expectations clearly:
I won't be as active as before on side projects for a while.
My priority now is to specialize more deeply in backend-focused skills, especially:
- Terraform for infrastructure as code and production-grade provisioning
- Golang for high-performance backend services
- System Design for scalable, resilient architectures
So if my shipping cadence slows down a bit, that is intentional. The goal is to come back with stronger fundamentals and better engineering judgment.
Final Note
This is a meaningful milestone for me, and I am grateful to everyone who supported me during this interview phase.
A new chapter starts now.
